Addressable
The Elotec M series consists of the Elotec M20 and M40 control panels. Both have the same simple operation and configuration – the differences lie in the expansion possibilities.
The control panels have high capacity – each loop has 125 unique device addresses and a high maximum power draw. The option of shadow sirens allows a large number of loop-driven sirens without seizing addresses for detectors and other devices.
The control panel automatically detects and recognizes addressed and connected devices, and the system is fully operational in less than two minutes. Further customization is done via the control panel keys or from PC with your own software. As easy as using your mobile phone!
Flexible configuration of I/O devices and alarms allows for detailed customization. With 384 programmable zones and 512 siren and I/O groups, the system can meet all needs.
The ELOTEC M40 is a powerful addressable alarm central that can be expanded with up to 32 equivalent networked control panels. Each control panel/black box can have up to 4 loops with 125 addresses per loop, so the total capacity is 128 loops / 16,000 units.
The ELOTEC M40 can be controlled via the ELOTEC EMX graphical interface as well as integration with third-party building automation via Modbus. Networking takes place via monitored redundant RS422/485 or fiber optic loop.
The ELOTEC M20 is functionally similar to the ELOTEC M40, but with only one or two loops with up to 125 addresses per loop.
The ELOTEC M20 can be controlled via the ELOTEC EMX graphical interface as well as integration with third-party building automation via Modbus.
Additional control panels can be connected via monitored redundant RS422/485 or fiber optic loop.
Battery:
VdS approved battery. The batteries are designed to live for 4-5 years at the optimum temperature (25ºC standby). All VdS models have flame retardant ABS housing.

The ELOTECNIQ switch gives you better control over self-inflicted alarms, so that frying fumes and the like do not trigger a full alarm with subsequent evacuation and call-out.
